About the role

The focus is on building the systems, governance structures, and cross-functional processes that enable consistent execution across 35+ locations nationally. Success is measured by the ability to create scalable infrastructure that empowers the field organization to execute effectively, not by direct clinic oversight.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in enterprise operations, centralized operations, PMO, or multi-site operational infrastructure
  • Experience scaling operational systems in high-growth, PE- or VC-backed organizations
  • Demonstrated success designing operating frameworks, governance structures, and cadences
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and change management capabilities
  • Proven ability to drive execution across organizations without direct operational ownership
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and executive communication skills

Preferred Background

  • Experience with M&A integration and operational scaling
  • Consulting, enterprise transformation, or operational excellence background
