The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean semantic HTML following specific rules. Let me analyze the content and structure it appropriately. First, I need to identify the sections: 1. Company Description - this is about the organization 2. Job Description - overview of the role 3. Compensation Package - salary range 4. Schedule - work hours 5. Location - Manhattan 10038 6. Essential Responsibilities - with sub-sections 7. Qualifications 8. Additional Information - Benefits listed 9. EEO statement - this should be removed as boilerplate Rules: - Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use
  • for lists - Use

for prose - Don't repeat job title as heading - Don't put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings - Fold minor metadata into short

or drop - Preserve ALL substantive information - Remove boilerplate (EEO, cookie, navigation, legal, scam warnings, duplicated lines, application instructions) - Include section ONLY when real specific content exists - Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text - Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them - Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones - Output ONLY HTML fragment, no /, no markdown code fences Let me structure this: The posting has: - Company description (prose) - Job description overview (prose) - Compensation: $175,000-$200,000 per year plus benefits - Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm - Location: Manhattan 10038 - Essential Responsibilities with 7 sub-sections (Strategic Leadership, Advocacy and Public Policy, Program Development and Oversight, Team Leadership and Development, Collaboration and Partnerships, Community Engagement, Resource Development and Financial Management) - Qualifications (list of requirements) - Benefits (list) - EEO statement (remove) I should create sections for: - About the role (combining company description and job description overview) - Responsibilities (with the 7 sub-areas as list items or sub-sections) - Qualifications - Benefits - Pay (since compensation is specified) - Schedule (since schedule is specified) - Location could be folded into a short paragraph The responsibilities have sub-headings with bullet points. I could make each a sub-list under Responsibilities, or make them separate sections. The rules say use

for section headings like Responsibilities, Requirements, etc. The sub-items under Essential Responsibilities are detailed with bullet points. I think I'll make "Responsibilities" as an h3, then each sub-area as a list item with the sub-heading bolded or as a nested list. But the rule says use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities are a list of duty areas, each with bullet points. I could do a nested list: outer list for each responsibility area, inner list for the bullet points. Or I could make each responsibility area a separate

? But the rule only mentions

for section headings. It doesn't forbid

      , but says use

for section headings. I think it's safer to keep only

for main sections and use lists for sub-items. I'll structure Responsibilities as an

      then a
        where each
      • contains the responsibility area title and its bullet points as a nested
. That preserves all detail. Qualifications is a list - use
          • . Benefits is a list - use
            • . Pay: the posting says "Compensation Package: $175,000-$200,000 per year plus a very generous and comprehensive Benefit package." So I'll create a Pay section with that info. Schedule: "Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am -5pm" - create Schedule section. Location: "Location: Manhattan 10038" - fold into a short paragraph maybe in About the role or separate? The rules say fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Location is minor metadata, I'll include in a paragraph in About the role. Company description and job description overview can be combined into "About the role" section with prose paragraphs. Now, ensure no filler: The posting has real content for all these sections. EEO statement removed. No application instructions present. Now write HTML. Let me draft:
