Vice President of Operations, New York

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President of Operations to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead regional operations with a strong focus on growth, efficiency, and disciplined execution across a multi-site portfolio. The ideal candidate will partner closely with executive leadership to align regional priorities with broader business goals while strengthening customer experience, compliance, and safety. This is a highly visible leadership position that will also drive financial performance, technology adoption, and expansion initiatives within the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency
• Identify new business opportunities and lead regional expansion initiatives
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align regional strategies with corporate goals
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement
• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring compliance and safety
• Lead technology adoption to streamline operations and enhance customer experience
• Manage regional budgets, conduct financial analyses, and optimize revenue while controlling costs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Urban Planning, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in multi-site operations, parking management, or facilities management, including 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage P&L
• Deep understanding of parking industry regulations and customer experience best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region
