Vice President of Accounting

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and leading software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in software development and management.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team of developers.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with software development languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
