About the role
The role is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and engaging with customers through various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media
- Create and manage social media campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management or similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other SEO tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
