About the role

The role is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and engaging with customers through various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media
  • Create and manage social media campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management or similar role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other SEO tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
