The Vice President, Marketing — Property Sales & Experiences will lead the marketing function supporting Elevate’s clients across teams, leagues, and venues to drive transformational revenue growth through new stadium development, premium sales campaigns, live experiences, and marquee announcement moments. They will own the strategy, vision, and execution of integrated marketing programs purpose-built to move tickets and fill venues. They will shape client relationships at the senior level and serve as the definitive marketing authority for property sales and experience clients across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the executive marketing partner for high-priority property sales and experience clients, owning the strategic relationship and guiding integrated marketing strategy across brand, digital, social, CRM, and experiential. Counsel stakeholders on go-to-market vision, campaign strategy, and revenue-driving opportunities tied to both ticket sales and live experience programming.
  • Own the development of comprehensive, data-informed ticket sales marketing plans for assigned properties covering full-season, group, premium, single-game, and deposit campaigns. Build strategies that span the full sales funnel, from audience identification and awareness through consideration, conversion, and retention. Translate inventory priorities and sales targets into actionable marketing roadmaps with clear KPIs, timelines, and channel strategies.
  • Partner with senior sales, insights, and finance leaders to architect go-to-market strategies and investment frameworks tied directly to ticket revenue outcomes. Own accountability for marketing's contribution to ticket sales pipeline, deposit volume, premium seat sales, and renewal performance. Develop sales enablement tools, messaging frameworks, and campaign assets that equip property sales teams to close.
  • Lead the marketing strategy for live event experiences, premium hospitality activations, and fan engagement programming for Elevate Experiences partners. Build campaigns that convert first-time buyers into repeat attendees and long-term fans, using CRM, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing to deepen relationships across the entire fan journey, from first ticket to premium seat holder.
  • Define phased marketing roadmaps for stadium launches, naming rights announcements, groundbreakings, and schedule releases. Architect integrated campaigns that generate earned media, drive deposit volume, and build long-term brand equity for the venue and franchise.
  • Lead the strategic evolution of client digital ecosystems, including web, email, paid media, and CRM in collaboration with Elevate’s revenue strategy and analytics team, with a focus on conversion optimization, audience segmentation, and fan lifecycle management. Evaluate and recommend marketing technology investments that drive measurable ticket sales performance.
  • Serve as a senior voice in aligning creative, data, paid media, and content disciplines around integrated campaign strategy. Represent the marketing function in executive-level planning.
  • Set the standard for sports marketing innovation within the organization. Track emerging trends in fan behavior, ticketing technology, dynamic pricing, and venue experience to bring forward-thinking perspectives that differentiate clients and drive competitive advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience in sports marketing, property marketing, or ticket sales strategy, with a proven track record leading high-impact campaigns for professional teams, leagues, or venue developments
  • Demonstrated success owning and building ticket sales marketing plans that drove measurable results across full-season, premium, group, and single-game inventory
  • Experience marketing live events, premium hospitality, or fan experience programs alongside ticket sales campaigns
  • Proven ability to build marketing strategies for stadium launches, major naming rights or sponsorship announcements, or large-scale ticket deposit campaigns
  • Experience building, managing, and developing marketing teams
  • Executive-level client relationship and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and ownership groups
  • Deep expertise across paid media (Meta, Google, programmatic), CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot), ticketing platforms, and marketing analytics
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing investment to ticket revenue performance and business outcomes
  • Experience operating in a matrixed, fast-paced agency or in-house environment, managing multiple high-priority client relationships simultaneously.
