Responsibilities
Own and manage Infinite’s social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and any emerging platforms relevant to the agency’s audiences.
Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive editorial calendar that reflects agency news, thought leadership, industry commentary, culture initiatives, and business development priorities.
Create, produce, and facilitate compelling content including written, visual, and multimedia, that reflects Infinite’s brand voice and resonates with prospective clients, media, and talent.
Monitor social media performance, analyze engagement data, and use insights to continuously optimize content strategy and channel mix.
Stay current on platform algorithm changes, emerging content formats, and best practices in B2B and professional services marketing.
Lead Infinite’s award strategy, identifying relevant opportunities across industry programs such as PR Week, PRovoke, SABRE, PR News, and others aligned with the agency’s practice areas and growth objectives.
Oversee and edit agency award submissions from brief to submission in collaboration with Infinite’s writing team; ensure entries are strategically framed, on-brand, and deadline-compliant.
Track and maintain an awards pipeline and submission calendar; communicate deadlines, logistics, and outcomes to relevant internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain Infinite’s brand identity guidelines for marketing applications, ensuring consistency across all external-facing materials.
Partner with agency leadership to identify and develop thought leadership opportunities, including bylines, speaking submissions, conference sponsorships, and media commentary positioning.
Serve as the primary marketing liaison to Infinite’s London office; coordinate cross-border campaigns, ensure brand and messaging consistency across markets, and identify opportunities to activate the agency’s transatlantic footprint in both legal and financial services marketing.
Manage the agency’s website as a marketing asset; partner with external vendors or internal resources as needed for updates, content refreshes, and SEO optimization.
Develop and distribute agency newsletters, email communications, and announcements to clients, prospects, and the broader industry community.
Develop and maintain Infinite’s suite of marketing materials, including credentials decks, practice area packaging, case studies, and new business leave-behinds; bring a product-oriented lens to how the agency’s capabilities are defined, positioned, and taken to market.
Support agency leadership and business development teams to develop marketing strategies that support pipeline growth and new client acquisition; help define and package Infinite’s offerings across both its legal and financial services practices as distinct, market-ready products that clearly communicate value to prospective clients.
Contribute to the development of RFP responses, pitch materials, and new business presentations as needed.
Track and report on marketing KPIs; develop and present regular performance updates to agency leadership.
Oversee Infinite’s industry conference strategy, including event selection, sponsorship evaluation, and budget management; identify events aligned with the agency’s growth priorities across legal, professional services, and financial services.

Requirements
A minimum of eight years’ experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, with significant experience in a PR agency or professional services environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience marketing within, the legal, professional services, and/or financial services industries.
Familiarity with financial services sub-sectors, including asset management, private equity, alternatives, and wealth management.
Expertise managing corporate or agency social media channels, with a strong portfolio of content that reflects strategic thinking and brand discipline.
Proven experience writing and managing award submissions for B2B, professional services, or communications industry programs.
Exceptional writing and editing skills across content formats, including social copy, long-form, presentations, and marketing collateral, with knowledge of AP style.
Strong visual and brand sensibility; experience working with design tools such as Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite, or collaborating with designers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
Analytical mind; experience using social media analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics to measure performance and inform strategy.
Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with minimal oversight.
Professional, collegial, and collaborative; comfortable working cross-functionally with client teams, leadership, and external vendors.
Understanding of marketing an agency like Infinite requires more than content output—it requires knowing the audience, understanding the competitive context, and building a point of view about where the firm should be visible and why.

Pay
The current annual base salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
