Job Overview

Atlantic Group is hiring a Vice President, Investor Services in New York, NY for a client's global investment management firm. The role supports investor relations, fundraising operations, and strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee investor onboarding, servicing, CRM administration, investor communications, and ongoing relationship management while maintaining accurate investor records and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Manage fundraising pipelines, coordinate due diligence requests, maintain virtual data rooms, prepare fundraising reports and analytics, and support fundraising initiatives alongside internal teams and external partners.
  • Lead the planning and execution of investor meetings, webinars, conferences, executive presentations, and other investor-facing events while managing logistics, communications, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Cook up investor marketing materials, website updates, digital communications, thought leadership initiatives, CRM enhancements, and technology-driven process improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional operational initiatives, workflow enhancements, technology implementations, and strategic projects while ensuring successful execution across multiple business functions.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, placement agents, and internal stakeholders to support investor relations, fundraising, marketing, and operational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 8+ years of core investor relations experience within private equity, real estate, asset management, investment management, banking, or another financial services environment is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting fundraising, investor communications, CRM management, project management, and investor servicing within financial services is required. Experience within real estate investment is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail, executive presence, the ability to manage multiple priorities, build relationships with senior executives and investors, and drive operational improvements across cross-functional teams.
