About the Role
Act as a strategic liaison between trading operations and enterprise functions, driving globalization and standardization of investment platform processes. Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives across Compliance, Investment Risk, Legal, Middle Office, Investment Operations, Operational Risk, and Technology to deliver seamless client outcomes and operational excellence. Drive investment platform transformation by establishing best practices and governance frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development and implementation of new products with cross-asset impact.
- Define and analyze markets, develop detailed product features and requirements, and construct and execute implementation plans.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative analytic techniques to identify optimization opportunities.
- Serve as subject matter expert for Aladdin platform operations, managing trading configuration changes, commission structures, CSA modifications, and system enhancements.
- Own change management lifecycle for Virtu platform including version upgrades, broker FIX connectivity implementations, and trading infrastructure evolution.
- Coordinate Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) exit activities, ensuring seamless migration of services and business continuity during platform transitions.
- Participate in and influence ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
- Coordination and participation in various trading related projects and other special projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of global project management experience within capital markets operations
- Proven track record implementing front office technology solutions (OMS/EMS/trading tools)
- Deep expertise in Aladdin investment and trading functionality
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end trading workflows spanning front and middle office operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative, cross-functional relationships

Pay
$175,000 – $200,000 per year
