  • Translate P&C priorities, operating models, and workforce insights into cohesive product experiences, scalable solutions, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Operate as the central lead from P&C on Suffolk’s efforts to introduce AI into day-to-day processes and forward-thinking priorities.
  • Establish and track success metrics that measure product performance, data integrity, efficiency, and employee experience outcomes.
  • Ensure the design and delivery of product features and enhancements to keep pace with transformation across P&C services and solutions.
  • Optimize the current P&C service delivery model in preparation for transition to Oracle HCM.
  • Partner with the P&C Ops team and Talent team to evaluate current onboarding and orientation and contribute to the design of a new “Year One Re-Imagined” program.
  • Improve current state processes by introducing automation, AI capabilities, and metrics.
  • Partner with the CPO to design, hire, and inspire the team that will support the transition to Oracle HCM and day-to-day HRIS execution.
  • Prioritize the development of the team to continuously improve their HR technology expertise, data/insight fluency, and collaboration across the broader P&C team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by bringing market insights, product best practices, and emerging HR technology trends into the strategy and design process.
  • Partner with HR COEs and IT to drive delivery excellence, manage dependencies, and ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
  • Influence senior stakeholders on technology, data, and process implications—advising on risks, trade-offs, and strategic investment priorities.
  • Partner with P&C leadership to improve technology and data fluency across the P&C population.
  • Represent P&C in Suffolk-wide governance forums, planning cycles, and cross-functional product integration efforts.
