What You'll Do
- Own and drive business unit performance, including revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational efficiency
- Partner with the President to develop and execute strategic business plans and growth initiatives
- Utilize strong financial acumen to analyze, forecast, and improve P&L performance
- Identify and execute opportunities for new business, market expansion, and customer growth
- Possess strong financial acumen to analyze, forecast, and improve P&L performance
- Partner with the corporate/parent companies & stakeholders to execute strategic mandates, translate high-level vision into measurable success via performance analytics, bowler tracking and key metrics
- Lead all commercial activities, including sales strategy, key account management, and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and partners
- Drive a customer-centric culture, ensuring responsiveness, quality, and service excellence
- Develop and coach the sales team to achieve aggressive growth targets
- Lead and govern critical operational pillars – manufacturing, quality, supply chain logistics & inventory management
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality manufacturing performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC)
- Optimize production processes, resource planning, and capacity utilization
- Ensure alignment between sales demand and operational execution
- Cultivate strong collaborative relationships, manage operational dependencies and engage in cross functional activities with overseas plants in India, Mexico, Croatia to ensure smooth working and consistent production flow/delivery to Texas facility
- Lead engineering efforts to support product development, process improvements, and technical innovation
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver engineered solutions
- Drive efficiency and cost improvements through design and process enhancements
- Provide strong, visible leadership across sales, operations, and engineering teams
- Achieve and retain top talent within the business unit
- Foster cross-functional alignment with Finance, HR, and executive leadership
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, with exposure to plant and commercial leadership
- Proven success in a P&L leadership role within a $50M–$100M+ business
- Strong sales and customer-facing background, with the ability to win and grow business
- Demonstrated ability to lead operations and drive continuous improvement
- Experience in industrial or grid / core manufacturing environments preferred (or similar engineered products)
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering collaboration, and supply chain dynamics
