Vice President, Global Real Estate and Workplace

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s global real estate and workplace strategy
• Serve as a trusted advisor on portfolio strategy and capacity needs
• Translate business priorities into scalable workplace solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and maximize workplace investment returns
• Lead global real estate operations, including transactions and lease negotiations
• Manage strategic partnerships with brokers and landlords to support growth
• Deliver a consistent workplace experience while overseeing operations and services

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate real estate and workplace functions
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing real estate strategies that align with business objectives
• Expertise in portfolio strategy, commercial transactions, workplace operations, and occupancy planning
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing significant budgets
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in dynamic environments
• A strategic leader with adaptability and a customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence for influencing senior leadership

Pay

$205,200 – $456,000 annually
