This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term global real estate and workplace strategy
- Advise executive leadership on portfolio strategy and future capacity needs
- Translate business priorities into scalable workplace solutions
- Identify opportunities to enhance operations and employee experience
- Lead lease negotiations, site selection, and occupancy planning for global real estate
- Build partnerships with brokers and landlords to support growth
- Oversee workplace operations and facilities with a customer-focused approach
Qualifications
- 12+ years in corporate real estate, workplace, facilities, or portfolio strategy leadership
- Proven success in developing enterprise real estate strategies that align with growth plans
- Expertise in commercial real estate transactions, workplace operations, and occupancy planning
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing significant budgets and investments
- Ability to lead high-performing teams through ambiguity and change
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on exceptional employee experiences
- Outstanding communication and influence skills with senior leadership

Pay
$205,200 – $456,000 annually
