Vice President, Global Head of HR Systems
Key Responsibilities
- HR Technology Strategy & Roadmap: Partners with senior leadership to design a comprehensive and forward-looking HR technology strategy that aligns with business growth objectives, enables the broader HR and organizational strategy, and maximizes return on investment to drive business outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead, engage, instill a growth mindset, and inspire the global HR Systems team to achieve high performance and deliver on commitments.
- Workday Technical Leadership: Lead the design and execution of enterprise scale Workday solutions, bringing deep hands-on experience across configuration, reporting, integrations, and module functionality to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions. Serve as the lead technical subject matter expert and liaison between HR leadership and Technology.
- Platform & Process Simplification: Increase Workday capability through driving agenda to design and implement user-friendly HR systems and processes that streamline operations, create HR transaction efficiency and support business growth. Ensure effective controls are in place to proactively manage risk.
- Innovation: Proactively scan the market and peer firms to recommend best practice solutions and emerging technologies to continue advancing our capabilities. Leverage a strong technical network to anticipate industry trends and evolving solutions.
- Implement an Agile Product Model: Implement and utilize agile product methodology to prioritize work most critical to the organization. Create and implement a resource plan based on business needs, scope of work, cost, and skill requirements.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence: Leverage your team and a framework to partner and provide innovative solutions to our HR customers in the following areas:
- Talent Development: Create and manage systems that support the development and growth of talent within the organization.
- Candidate Attraction & Selection: Consult on technology solutions that improve the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent.
- Performance Management & Compensation: Collaborate on administration of performance development, performance management, and compensation processes through effective HR systems.
- Learning Management: Partner with talent and learning and well as corporate compliance to deliver digital learning experiences that build skills and abilities that meet required compliance.
- Efficient HR Administration: Leverage platform to ensure flawless transaction processing of core HCM, compensation, payroll, year-end processes, and benefits administration.
- Manage external vendor relationships and collaborate with internal cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or equivalent years of work experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including experience leading teams, designing, and implementing HR technology.
- Strong technical experience with integrations, security models, and prior experience deploying and configuring Workday.
- Proven experience in contributing to and executing HR technology strategies at a global level with primary focus on Workday.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including performance management, compensation, talent development, and recruitment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to drive change and innovation in HR technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience managing product teams and capacity planning.

Pay
Base Pay: The estimated base salary for this role is $160,600 - $240,900/year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
