Vice President, Global Head of Executive Recruiting

About the role

This leader will shape a global executive search function that supports senior hiring across the organization and helps ensure leadership teams are built with precision and speed. The role will own the operating model for executive recruiting, bringing structure, consistency, and accountability to searches across regions. It will partner closely with C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders to align hiring strategy with business priorities, while advancing modern recruiting practices, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the global executive search operating model.
• Set strategic direction for executive talent acquisition aligned with business goals.
• Ensure compliance and quality standards across all regions.
• Drive innovation in executive search methodologies and tools.
• Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to define and discuss hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 8+ years with a PhD.
• 15+ years of executive recruiting experience in large, global enterprises.
• Demonstrated success in leading and executing VP and C-suite executive searches.
• Significant experience in people leadership across distributed teams.
• Strong background in data analytics and AI-enabled recruiting tools.

Location: Austin, TX – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $216,300 – $400,900 annually
