Responsibilities
- Design and evolve the global executive search operating model
- Set strategic direction for executive talent acquisition aligned with business goals
- Establish governance and compliance standards across regions
- Drive innovation in executive search methodologies using AI and data tools
- Serve as the strategic advisor to C-suite and senior leaders for talent-related decisions
- Lead and develop a high-performing global executive recruiting team
- Cultivate relationships and maintain talent pipelines for succession planning
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; an advanced degree is preferred
- 15+ years of experience preferred with an advanced degree
- Successful track record in leading and closing executive searches at the VP and C-suite level
- Proven leadership experience in geographically distributed teams
- Expertise in designing global executive search processes, frameworks, and technology integration
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging talent intelligence and data analytics
- Deep understanding of cross-border hiring and international labor market dynamics

$216,300 – $400,900 annually
