We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content: Position description, organization background, job purpose, major responsibilities, qualification requirements (minimum and preferred). Also salary range given. No explicit benefits, schedule. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe combine position, reports to, location, function, scope, manages, coordinates with, expected travel TBD? Travel TBD is not specific, so we should not include placeholder. We can include organization background as part of About the role. Job purpose could be part of About the role. Responsibilities: major responsibilities list. Requirements: maybe combine Minimum Requirements and Job Skills as Requirements. Qualifications: maybe Preferred Requirements? But we have both minimum and preferred; we could put Requirements for minimum, Qualifications for preferred. Skills: maybe we can extract skills from responsibilities? But we have skills listed in qualifications: strong knowledge, ability to work collaboratively, etc. Could put Skills section. Benefits: none given, so omit. Pay: we have salary range $250,000-$310,000, so include Pay section. Schedule: not given, omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove application instructions ("To learn more and submit your application, please click here.") and partnership with SRI Executive? That's maybe not boilerplate but could be considered metadata; but it's not a heading; we could fold into a short p or drop. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short p for organization background? Actually organization background is substantive. The partnership with SRI Executive is maybe minor metadata; we could drop it. Also "WCS is an equal opportunity employer..." is boilerplate to remove. We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So responsibilities list as ul. Requirements list as ul. Qualifications list as ul. Skills list as ul maybe. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include all bullet points from major responsibilities, minimum requirements, preferred requirements. Let's extract. Major Responsibilities bullet points (starting with "Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:" then list): - Oversee the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis systems and processes for WCS Global, including long-range planning, annual budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling, and support executive leadership in financial planning and decision-making. - Redesign and oversee a spending decision-making process that engages appropriate senior executives at defined thresholds, establishes clear approval authorities, and creates greater transparency and accountability in financial commitments across WCS Global operations. - Lead Global in assessing the financial resources required to deliver on existing grant commitments and strategic priorities while maintaining long-term financial sustainability. - Partner closely with the proposal development process to strategically engineer grant budgets, ensuring that budget structures accurately reflect programmatic costs, maximize cost recovery, and position WCS competitively for donor funding while maintaining compliance with funder requirements. - Oversee the financial integrity of WCS Global financial activities and support compliance with WCS policies/procedures and applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including oversight of global audit, compliance, and risk management activities. - Support the SVP & CFO, Comptroller, and Global leadership on finance policies, financial controls, investigations, and reporting related to Global financial risk exposure and audit matters. - Evaluate WCS Global’s financial and operational structure to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost optimization, and improved financial management practices, and support implementation of approved changes. - Oversee and strengthen the global procurement function, including procurement policies, systems, practices, and organizational capacity to support effective and compliant operations globally. - Lead the Global finance and administrative workstream associated with ERP and systems initiatives, including localization of systems to support country office management and statutory requirements. - Contribute to the development and implementation of WCS Global operational and strategic priorities and support alignment between financial, operational, and programmatic planning. - In coordination with WCS leadership, lead a comprehensive review to strengthen WCS Global’s financial position, including evaluating and redesigning organizational cost structures, capital allocation strategies, and revenue diversification approaches to ensure long-term institutional resilience and sustainability. - Assess and strengthen finance, procurement, and administrative staffing capacity globally to support evolving organizational needs. That's a lot; we must keep all. Minimum Requirements and Job Skills bullet points: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field. - At least 15 years of management experience, including at least 10 years in senior management of a complex global organization, with experience leading large, dispersed finance teams. - Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting, grants management, procurement, and grant cost structures. - In-depth knowledge of financial management practices, including organizational planning, cost restructuring, and financial systems. - Ability to work collaboratively across complex, matrixed teams and communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. - Experience leading teams effectively in a fast-paced, demanding, and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. - Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills, including the ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple competing priorities. Preferred Requirements bullet points: - MBA, MPA and/or CPA - Experience with business process improvement and systems implementation in an international organization. - Commitment to conservation. - Proficiency in a language other than English (e.g., French, Spanish, Portuguese). We also have organization background paragraph. Job Purpose paragraph. Position details: Position: Vice President of Global Finance; Reports to: Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer; Location: WCS New York Headquarters; Function: Global Finance; Position Type: Full-time; Scope: Global; Manages: ...; Coordinates with: ...; Expected travel: TBD (we should not include TBD as it's placeholder; we can drop that line). We can include the other details in About the role section as a paragraph or list? The instruction: Use

for prose. So we can put a paragraph summarizing position details. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we can start with

    About the role

then a paragraph containing the position details and organization background and job purpose. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "WCS has partnered with SRI Executive to support this recruitment." and application instructions. We must include Pay section with salary range. We must not include Benefits or Schedule sections. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
