Vice President, Global Finance
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Global Finance to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This leader will own the company's global finance function, with a strong focus on planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. The role will partner closely with senior executives, commercial leaders, and operational teams to improve visibility into business drivers and support sound decision-making. This is a high-impact leadership position for a strategic finance professional who can translate complex data into clear recommendations that strengthen P&L performance and guide growth investments.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the organization
- Provide visibility into business performance, including key revenue and profitability drivers
- Deliver decision-oriented reports to the CFO and senior leadership
- Evaluate business cases and growth initiatives using rigorous financial analysis
- Collaborate with commercial and operational leaders to enhance decision-making and business results
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for P&L understanding
- Support Board reporting with clear communication on performance and business drivers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred
- Extensive FP&A leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, particularly private-equity-backed organizations
- Background in B2B services with operational complexity and a focus on revenue growth
- Proven track record in leading large finance teams, especially across remote or geographically dispersed setups
- Strong P&L ownership with a thorough understanding of business performance drivers
- Exceptional business partnering and influencing skills with commercial and operational leaders
- Strategic mindset with the ability to assess growth opportunities and resource allocation through an ROI lens
- Outstanding communication skills to present complex financial analyses to senior leadership

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $200,000 – $275,000 annually
