Vice President, Full Stack Engineer

What We’re Looking For / What You’ll Do

• Build and deliver scalable, high-performance FX trading solutions
• Work on a modern technology stack comprising Java/Spring microservices, React/Angular front ends, Kafka/MQ messaging, and distributed data platforms
• Collaborate within small, cross-functional teams (Product, Traders, Sales, Engineering)
• Leverage AI-driven development approaches to accelerate engineering productivity
• Develop both backend services and responsive front-end applications, including real-time UI capabilities
• Drive continuous improvement, including test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and a strong culture of learning and technical excellence

• AI driven development skills - Claude, Codex, Copilot, Windsurf

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
• 5 plus years of experience in software development required; experience in the financial services industry, particularly in FX Trading Applications, is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as an integral part of an agile software development team.
