Vice President FP&A, B2B

About the role

This role supports financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of financial strategies for growth and profitability
• Collaborate across brands to consolidate B2B businesses
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and CEO on financial matters
• Oversee annual budgeting, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasting
• Manage monthly financial reviews and board presentation content
• Develop KPIs and financial dashboards for performance monitoring
• Communicate financial insights effectively to executives

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A
• 5+ years in a management role
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier program; MBA preferred
• Experience with business carve-outs is advantageous
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
