Vice President, Financial Planning & Analytics

In 2021, Kareo and PatientPop joined forces to form a new parent company, Tebra. In this role, you’ll be focused on helping to grow our [practice growth solutions from our PatientPop brand / practice operations solutions from our Kareo brand] and will be a valued member of Team Tebra as we work together to integrate our solutions to create better experiences for our customers and their patients, and to shape the future of healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth
• Identify and address customer needs to enhance product offerings
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare technology sector
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
