Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Lead complex financial analysis and reporting across multiple businesses, legal entities, functions, or regions. Partner with business and finance leaders (including Corporate Treasury and the Chief Investment Office) to identify strategic needs, deliver insights, and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex financial analytics, reporting, and forecasting.
• Support core Finance processes with a focus on Chief Investment Office deliverables; includes period close, forecasting, performance analysis, and management reporting.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, forecasts, and actual results to identify trends and key business drivers.
• Provide clear, actionable insights and present findings to senior finance and business leadership.
• Develop short- and long-term forecasts, including methodologies and assumptions aligned to business strategy and market conditions.
• Oversee production of monthly and quarterly results presentations to support senior management communications.
• Support the development of annual operating, capital, and strategic plans.
• Lead projects and provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality.
• Contribute beyond the immediate team and support broader functional goals.
• Play a key role in shaping financial strategy, business planning, and performance management.
• Operate independently on highly complex analyses and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong background in financial planning and analysis preferred.

No direct reports initially, with opportunities to oversee analysts once established in the role.
