About the role

Lead and develop a team of analysts to ensure accurate management accounting within the Cognos TM1 system. Provide mentorship aligned with organizational objectives and individual career development. Review and enhance processes by identifying inefficiencies and partnering with systems teams to implement improvements. Design, analyze, and deliver reporting using tools such as Power BI, TM1, Power Query, and Excel. Communicate insights clearly through written and verbal channels, including executive-ready materials. Collaborate with the broader FP&A team to resolve issues and incorporate changes into financial processes. Partner with Head Office and Front Office teams to interpret policy and strategic updates. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review results and drive alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in management of technology or a related field plus 3 years of experience.
  • Experience must include financial and analytical expertise, in-depth understanding of banking products, and TM1 applications.
  • Proficiency in reporting, data visualization, strategic planning, and process optimization.

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this role is between $102,000 and $123,000. The specific salary offered will be based on individual qualifications, experience, and market analysis for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award.
