Vice President, Enterprise PMO

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Enterprise PMO to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This leader will oversee enterprise portfolio governance and strategy for global initiatives, with a strong focus on driving cross-functional alignment across technology and business teams. The role will play a key part in digital transformation, market expansion, and portfolio rationalization efforts that improve execution discipline and resource prioritization. This position also requires close partnership with executives and functional leaders to maintain visibility into enterprise technology assets, risks, and dependencies. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $247,400 – $345,000 annually Responsibilities Establish portfolio governance and strategy for global initiatives Lead cross-functional execution of digital transformation and market expansion Develop capacity models to balance resource allocation Serve as the primary escalation point for cross-functional blockers Maintain visibility of enterprise technology assets Co-lead portfolio rationalization efforts Deliver high-level status and risk dashboards to executives Qualifications 15+ years in Enterprise PMO, Technology Operations, or transformation leadership roles 7+ years leading strategic business or technology operations teams Proven experience in B2B SaaS growth and transformation Experience managing a strategic enterprise portfolio with cross-functional dependencies Track record of developing Enterprise PMO capabilities Ability to influence technology budgets and vendor strategies Exceptional executive presence and communication skills Benefits Discretionary annual bonus Restricted Stock Units at hire 401(k) match Comprehensive employee benefits package Remote work flexibility with reliable internet access Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
