We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes Overview, responsibilities, requirements, etc. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting: - About Vivvi (company description) maybe not needed? It's about the company. Could be part of "About the role"? Actually "About Vivvi" is company overview. Could be included as a paragraph before sections? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections like About the role (maybe overview), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. Content: Overview: "Vivvi is looking for a Vice President, Sales to drive new business growth and own the commercial process from pipeline through contract and launch. This is a hands-on enterprise sales role. You will build a pipeline, develop relationships with senior decision-makers, and lead complex opportunities from the first conversation through solution design, pricing, contracting and close. You will also bring strong discipline to how we sell. You know HubSpot inside and out, understand how to manage complex sales and contracting stages, and use data to maintain a reliable pipeline and forecast. You will ensure commitments made during the sales process are clearly documented and translated into a strong handoff to the teams responsible for implementation and launch. The Vice President of Sales will manage our Sales Associate and partner closely with Vivvi’s executive team, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Client Success throughout the sales cycle. This role can be remote within the United States. Travel is required for prospect meetings, finalist presentations, client visits, conferences and other sales activities." That's overview/responsibilities. Then "As the Vice President, Employer Sales, you will:" then bullet list of responsibilities grouped under three headings: Drive & Close New Business, Lead Commercial & Sales Execution, Own Pipeline & Performance, Lead & Develop. We can treat these as responsibilities. Then "What We’re Looking For" list of qualifications/experience. Then "Salary range: $140,000–$175,000, plus performance-based incentive compensation and benefits." Then "Ability to work in our NYC office in a hybrid capacity required." Then "Candidates must possess independent US work authorization." Then EEO boilerplate (remove). Then values statement (maybe keep? It's not boilerplate? It's about culture but could be considered EEO? It's not required to keep but it's substantive? It's about values; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? But instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The values statement is not EEO but it's about culture; could be kept as part of About the role? Might be considered fluff but it's substantive? It's not required but we could keep as a paragraph under About the role. Then "Questions? Reach out to us at hr@vivvi.com and include your resume. We look forward to receiving and reviewing your application!" That's application instructions, remove. Thus we need sections: - About the role: could include company overview and role overview (the first paragraph). Could also include remote/hybrid info? That's more about schedule/location. - Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet points under Drive & Close New Business, Lead Commercial & Sales Execution, Own Pipeline & Performance, Lead & Develop). We'll combine into a
  • . - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The "What We’re Looking For" list includes experience requirements, preferred experience, HubSpot, analytical skills, etc. Could split into Requirements (must-haves) and Qualifications/Skills (preferred). But we can combine into one section "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to include. We have Pay: salary range and performance-based incentive compensation and benefits. Also benefits mentioned? Not detailed besides "plus performance-based incentive compensation and benefits." No specific benefits listed. So we cannot create Benefits section unless specific content. Pay section we can include salary range. Schedule: we have "Ability to work in our NYC office in a hybrid capacity required." Also "This role can be remote within the United States. Travel is required for prospect meetings, finalist presentations, client visits, conferences and other sales activities." That's schedule/location/travel. Could be Schedule section. Thus we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Pay, Schedule. We must not include Benefits unless specific. We must not include Qualifications/Skills if we combine into Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive info: company overview, role overview, responsibilities bullet points, qualifications list, salary range, hybrid remote, travel, work authorization. We must remove EEO, values statement? The values statement is not EEO but it's about culture; could be considered boilerplate? It's not legal but it's a statement of values. Might be considered fluff but it's substantive? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Values statement is not listed; but it's not about the role. Could be considered filler? It's not required to keep but it's not prohibited. However to be safe, we could keep it as part of About the role? It's about company values; maybe we can include a short paragraph under About the role. But it's not directly about the role. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it if it's substantive. It's a statement about treating each other with honor, etc. That's substantive about company culture. So we can include it. But we must not include application instructions (Questions? Reach out...). Remove that. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

Vivvi provides child care and early learning for today’s families. We partner with employers of all sizes to make exceptional full-time and backup care more accessible and affordable. With beautiful campuses, flexible offerings, and trained, passionate teachers, we provide parents with peace of mind while offering employers a powerful tool for recruitment, retention, and productivity. Vivvi is looking for a Vice President, Sales to drive new business growth and own the commercial process from pipeline through contract and launch. Travel is required for prospect meetings, finalist presentations, client visits, conferences and other sales activities. One of Vivvi’s values is to treat each other with honor for the whole person (not just the roles we fulfill). This means we acknowledge each others’ rich experience, cultures, backgrounds, perspectives, and skills to reach the best outcomes.

    Then responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Drive & Close New Business: Build, manage and convert a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects; own and deliver against individual new business and revenue targets; develop opportunities through direct outreach, broker and consultant relationships, referrals, events and inbound leads; build relationships with senior HR, Benefits, Procurement, Finance and executive decision-makers; lead complex enterprise opportunities from discovery through proposal, negotiation and close; develop compelling solutions based on each prospect’s business and workforce needs; lead presentations and finalist meetings with prospective clients.
    • Lead Commercial & Sales Execution: Develop pricing and commercial proposals, using data and financial analysis to build compelling, sustainable solutions; use utilization, pipeline and market data to develop forecasts, evaluate opportunities and inform commercial decisions; lead RFPs and other complex sales opportunities; partner across Finance, Operations, Client Success and Marketing to advance opportunities and deliver a strong prospect and client experience; maintain strong ownership and momentum throughout the sales cycle; ensure a smooth transition of new clients from sales into implementation.
    • Own Pipeline & Performance: Maintain a disciplined and accurate sales pipeline and reliable forecast; use HubSpot to manage opportunities, activity and sales performance; use sales data and metrics to identify trends, pipeline gaps and opportunities for growth; maintain a strong understanding of Vivvi’s solutions, target markets and competitive landscape.
    • Lead & Develop: Manage and develop the Sales Associate, setting clear priorities and expectations; coach and create opportunities for increased sales responsibility as skills develop; help strengthen Vivvi’s sales practices, tools and processes as the business grows; experience managing or developing junior sales talent.
But note that some of those bullet points include "experience managing or developing junior sales talent" which is actually a requirement, not responsibility. Might be better to move to Requirements. However the bullet list under Lead & Develop includes that as a responsibility: "Manage and develop the Sales Associate, setting clear priorities and expectations. Coach and create opportunities for increased sales responsibility as skills develop. Help strengthen Vivvi’s sales practices, tools and processes as the business grows. Experience managing or developing junior sales talent." The last phrase is more of a qualification. But we can keep it as responsibility; it's okay. Now Requirements: We need to capture "What We’re Looking For" list. Let's extract: - 7-10+ years of B2B sales experience, including experience selling complex solutions to mid-market and enterprise employers. - Proven track record of sourcing new business, building pipeline and delivering against revenue targets. - Experience managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles. - Experience selling to HR, Benefits, CHROs and other senior corporate decision-makers strongly preferred. - Experience in caregiving benefits, health tech, HR tech or employee benefits is a plus. - Experience working with benefits brokers and consultants preferred. - Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience required, including pipeline management, reporting, dashboards and workflows. - Strong understanding of sales stages, contracting stages, forecasting and sales KPIs. - Experience developing pricing and negotiating commercial terms. - Experience leading RFPs, proposals and finalist presentations. - Experience navigating enterprise procurement, security, legal and contracting processes. - Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to quickly learn different products, pricing structures and commercial models. - Curious, adaptable and highly coachable, with the ability to learn quickly and apply feedback. - Strong presentation and negotiation skills. - Highly responsive, organized and persistent, with strong attention to detail and follow-through. - Experience managing or developing junior sales talent. We can put these in a
    • . Now Pay:

      Pay

Salary range: $140,000–$175,000, plus performance-based incentive compensation and benefits.

Schedule: We have remote within US, hybrid NYC office required, travel required. We can combine:

      Schedule

This role can be remote within the United States, with the ability to work in the NYC office in a hybrid capacity required. Travel is required for prospect meetings, finalist presentations, client visits, conferences and other sales activities.

We also need to include work authorization requirement: "Candidates must possess independent US work authorization." That's a requirement; could be added to Requirements list. Thus add to Requirements list: "Candidates must possess independent US work authorization." Now ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading.
