About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President Employee & Manager Experience to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead HR service delivery with a focus on consistent operations, employee support, and scalable people processes. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to modernize core HR processes while improving the experience for employees and managers within a technology-driven environment.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $282,000 – $388,300 annually

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the strategy for intuitive employee and manager experiences
  • Continuously assess and simplify People processes based on feedback
  • Oversee delivery of high-quality People Operations programs and services
  • Drive effective internal communications related to employee culture and development
  • Create a world-class manager support organization and enable self-service solutions
  • Ensure seamless execution of performance management and engagement initiatives
  • Leverage technology to enhance user experience and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR or People Operations
  • Exceptional understanding of employee engagement strategies and organizational effectiveness
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and drive informed decisions
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable People programs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate messaging globally
  • Experience leveraging technology and AI for HR improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams
