About WelcomeLend

WelcomeLend is one of the fastest-growing middle market capital markets advisories. We pair seasoned capital markets experts with our proprietary tech to deliver efficient, transparent, and market-beating deal execution at scale. In the last few years, WelcomeLend has over $3B of closed transactions and is growing rapidly. Join us in building the future of CRE capital markets.

Key Focus Areas

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and intermediaries to drive consistent deal flow.
  • Lead the full placement process: structuring capital stacks, preparing offering materials, running lender processes, negotiating term sheets, and shepherding all parties to close across debt and equity mandates, bridge, permanent, construction, mezzanine, and preferred equity.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by translating real-time capital markets conditions into actionable guidance. Understand lender appetite, program criteria, and pricing across the full spectrum: bank, agency, debt fund, CMBS, life company, bridge, and construction lenders and communicate it clearly to clients.
  • Use technology, data tools, and workflow systems to run a high-volume, well-organized deal process. Take execution seriously and build infrastructure that scales.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years in CRE capital markets with a focus on debt placement or structured finance
  • Deep fluency across the capital stack: structuring, underwriting, lender sourcing, term sheet negotiation, and closing
  • Comfort working independently across the full advisory cycle from origination through funded close

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience standing up a capital markets practice or book of business without an inherited pipeline
  • Familiarity with deal screening tools, CRM platforms, or automated workflow systems that support high deal volume
  • Exposure to programmatic lending relationships or structured lender products beyond deal-by-deal execution
