Vice President, Data & Analytics

For our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space, we are seeking a Vice President of Data & Analytics to join their team. This role focuses on the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action, strengthening data-driven execution in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small, global team while engaging deeply in technical work
• Document data management practices as key deliverables
• Manage vendor/platform costs and compute governance
• Align data initiatives with enterprise goals through partnership
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing global team
• Establish and enforce standards for enterprise data governance
• Implement a strategy for AI and generative AI tied to business outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in analytics, business intelligence, and data administration
• Expertise in data governance, architecture, BI platforms, and cloud technologies
• Strong proficiency in data modeling and analytics methodologies
• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and mentor technical teams while being hands-on
• Experience in setting AI/ML and analytics strategy at an enterprise level

Pay

$180,000 – $220,000 annually
