The Vice President of Corporate Services is an enterprise leader responsible for developing and executing Freddie Mac’s corporate real estate, property development, workplace and Corporate Services strategy. The role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating business strategy and workforce needs into long‑term real estate and workplace solutions, and provides executive oversight of facilities management, physical security, transportation, event and audio‑visual support, food, fitness, mail, and reprographic business services, as well as the corporate information resource center. The position is based in the McLean, Virginia headquarters with an on‑site work schedule of five days per week. Freddie Mac was established by Congress in 1970 to provide liquidity, stability, and affordability to the nation's residential mortgage markets, supporting communities by providing mortgage capital to lenders and making home possible for one in four home borrowers, while being one of the largest sources of financing for multifamily housing. In this role you will shape the long‑term direction of the corporate real estate portfolio and workplace environment, advise senior leaders on complex real estate, capital investment and workplace decisions, manage design, build‑out and furnishing of physical spaces across campuses, and ensure Corporate Services deliver resilient, efficient and high‑quality services.
