Vice President, Consumer Lending

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the organization through periods of change and uncertainty.

• Paves the way to deliver the Credit Union's mission to enrich the lives of members.
• Develops and enriches others by exhibiting humility and investing in their growth.
• Creates the right conditions for success by anticipating the needs of team members and ensuring they are engaged.
• Drives product innovation and market expansion through market intelligence and data-driven insights.
• Delivers a differentiated experience on the Consumer Lending platform to enhance member engagement and loyalty.
• Utilizes feedback from organizational listening posts to continuously improve key work processes.

Education And/or Experience

• Subject Matter Expertise in Consumer Lending.
• Mentorship, guidance, and training of other team members.
• A minimum of 7 years in a Consumer Lending role.
• A Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
