About the role

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Compliance & Control to join our Ethics Office team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Independently receiving, documenting, and managing highly confidential and time ‑ sensitive ethics concerns reported through global reporting channels, applying judgment to determine appropriate categorization, prioritization, and routing of matters to internal stakeholder groups in support of a regulatory ‑ driven whistleblowing program.
  • Serving as a point of contact for ethics concerns, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of matters.
  • Supporting the review and disposition of employee conflicts of interest, including Gifts & Entertainment and Outside Business.
  • Assisting with the facilitation of the annual global Code of Conduct questionnaire and partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely and appropriate resolution of submissions.
  • Producing recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards related to Ethics Office matters in support of management, board, and audit reporting.
  • Translating data into meaningful insights to support Compliance leadership, board reporting and audit responses. Identifying ongoing program enhancements.
  • Supporting the ongoing governance, maintenance and administration of Ethics policies and the Code of Conduct, including updates, interpretation and employee guidance, as appropriate.
  • Contributing the design and implementation of process improvements and technology ‑ enabled solutions, including AI ‑ supported tools to address common queries and improve consistency, efficiency, and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Compliance, Risk Management, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in ethics, compliance, risk management, investigations support, employee relations, or a related function within a regulated or global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound independent judgment, manage competing priorities, and appropriately escalate matters based on risk, sensitivity, and regulatory considerations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder ‑ management skills, with a proven ability to handle highly sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with data analysis and report generation.

Pay

The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Schedule

This role is full-time and permanent.
