Company Description Color Of Change is the largest online advocacy organization focused on advancing the interests and safety of Black people in the United States, with a membership of over 7 million people. The organization drives campaigns that hold corporations and government institutions accountable for decisions affecting Black communities, across areas such as criminal justice, media, workplace, economy, and democracy. Founded in response to Hurricane Katrina, Color Of Change emerged to counter government failures and harmful media portrayals of Black people in crisis. Its mission is to make the collective voice of Black communities impossible to ignore and powerful enough to transform systems. By acting strategically, creatively, and collaboratively, Color Of Change works toward a less hostile and more human world for Black people and, ultimately, for everyone.Role Description We are opening this search with an invitation to show interest instead of a formal application. Candidates will submit a résumé, a portfolio, a few short answers, and a short video gallery walk of their career through a Google Form. A small panel reviews the work, and we will invite the strongest candidates to apply formally through our standard process. This role lives or dies on writing, creative judgment, and composure under pressure, so we want to see the work before we read the cover letter. Share your interest by Friday, October 30.
