Vice-President Clinical Affairs

Responsibilities

• Define and execute clinical strategy across the product portfolio
• Lead a multidisciplinary team in clinical research and operations
• Oversee the design, execution, and delivery of clinical studies
• Provide leadership for statistical analysis and modern analytics
• Cook up clinical input for regulatory submissions and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinical quality systems and GCP processes
• Translate clinical evidence into value communication for stakeholders

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in MS, MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent
• 12+ years of experience in clinical development, including 6+ years in senior leadership roles
• Experience managing complex global clinical programs, pivotal trials, and post-market studies
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial design and evidence generation, including biostatistics and real-world evidence
• Proven vendor and CRO management capability
