Vice President of Clinical
for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real content. The posting includes: Company Overview (maybe About the role?), Position Summary (maybe About the role?), Why Work For Cedarhurst (Benefits?), Essential Duties (Responsibilities), Working Conditions (maybe Requirements/Qualifications?), plus some other details like travel, driver's license, etc. Also benefits: competitive benefits package includes medical, life, LTD, 401k with match after one year; additional benefits: on-site gym, personal trainer, catered lunches, monthly team events. So Benefits section.
Pay: not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section.
Schedule: not mentioned (maybe travel up to 50% but not schedule). So no Schedule.
Qualifications/Skills: The posting does not list explicit qualifications like education, years experience, certifications. It mentions ability to travel, driver's license, etc. Could be considered Requirements. We'll include a Requirements section with travel, driver's license, ability to provide physical support, etc. Also maybe "Ability to travel up to at least 50% of the time across multiple states is required. Must be able to travel between assigned locations and operate a motor vehicle as required to perform essential job duties. A valid driver's license is required." Also maybe "When not traveling, this position is based on site at the St. Louis Cedarhurst Home Office in St. Louis, MO and is not eligible for remote work." That's a condition.
We also have "Enterprise Clinical Leadership & Operations" etc as duties; we can put those under Responsibilities.
We need to preserve all substantive info; not repeat job title; no Job ID.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. At end there is "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer..." that's boilerplate; remove.
Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Structure: maybe:

tags. We must not repeat job title (Vice President of Clinical). Not needed. We must not include Pay or Schedule sections. Check for any other sections like Qualifications: maybe we can include "Qualifications" but we have Requirements. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which to include. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits. Could also include Skills if we want to list skills like interpersonal, communication, etc. But we can incorporate those into Requirements or Responsibilities. Better to keep few substantive sections. Thus output:
About the role
Cedarhurst Senior Living is an experienced operator of independent living, assisted living and memory care communities across the Midwest, Mid-South, and Southeast. It is part of the Dover Companies, a vertically integrated healthcare organization established in 2007 to develop, construct, acquire, own, and operate high-quality senior living communities. The Dover Companies also include Dover Development, Brahms Construction, Dover Capital, Dover Health, and Medicine Express. Cedarhurst and the Dover Companies are mission driven — everything we do is grounded in our higher purpose of caring for seniors. Our decision making is informed by our mission “to create communities where each person feels loved, valued, supported and able to live life to the fullest.” Each business unit and each team member have a unique ability and responsibility to impact the lives of seniors, and we take that responsibility very seriously. This individual holds resident care as the standard against which every decision is measured. The VP will establish the vision for Cedarhurst's clinical platform and translate that vision into practical systems, programs, services, processes, training, standards, and tools that allow our teams to deliver excellent, compassionate care consistently across our communities. Working closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Technology, and other executive leaders, this individual will create a clinical experience that meaningfully improves residents' lives and earns families' trust, while strengthening Cedarhurst's operating performance, scalability, and competitive position.

We believe our team is our greatest strength. That’s why we invest in comprehensive training, as well as opportunities for both personal and professional growth. We’re committed to promoting from within and supporting team members who want to build their careers with us.
