Vice President, Client Enablement
About the role
The Vice President, Client Enablement role is located in Lake Mary, FL and is a Specialist within the Client Transition organization. The Client Transition department focuses on Broker Dealers and Advisors to onboard their business to Pershing’s Custody and Managed Platform. The role involves managing and resolving risks, issues, and dependencies, serving as a liaison between clients and internal technical groups, and providing advice on business trends and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Ensures project delivery is in conformance with company methodologies and standards.
- Contributes to the achievement of area objectives.
- Data Transfer, Integration and Quality Analysis.
- Data analysis & consultation.
- Data Transformation through Microsoft SQL.
- Independently handle designated assignments.
- Scheduling and process prioritization.
- Organization and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data cleaning, validation, testing, mapping and exception reporting.
- Risk assessment, documentation, communication, and escalation.
- Performs data normalization, constructs data diagrams, and provides data flow diagrams and documents processes.
- Leverages knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 7-10 years of total work experience.
- Project management certification is preferred.
- Experience in client-facing or project management roles.
- Experience in securities, financial services or client-facing or project management or business analysis roles preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of SQL and a strong understanding of relational databases preferred.
- 3+ years of related experience preferred.
- Experience with technology or financial services industry is a plus.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office product suite.
Qualifications
- No direct reports, but contributes to a highly collaborative team.
- Researches, develops and establishes methodologies, protocols and processes to facilitate or improve transition project management or the client onboarding/transition/conversion experience.
