Vice President CIB LATAM Structuring

The Role

The Vice President will originate, structure, and execute LATAM-only solutions for onshore financial institutions (banks, asset managers, insurance companies), local sovereign/Quasi sovereign clients, and offshore Latam focus Real Money/Hedge funds, focusing on Funding, Derivatives, Rates, FX, and asset side ideas.

The role partners closely with Sales, Trading, and Coverage teams to deliver customized structures that address hedging, financing, and risk management objectives.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of relevant experience in structuring and/or markets solutions for financial institutions, sovereign clients, and offshore Latam focus funds.
• Demonstrated experience across Funding, Derivatives, Rates, and FX, including building and executing structured solutions.
• Prioritization and execution of multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong understanding of product mechanics, pricing fundamentals, and risk considerations, with the ability to communicate clearly to internal stakeholders and senior client contacts.
• Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial judgment.
• A high integrity, disciplined risk mindset, and strong attention to detail.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
• Required: Series 7, 63.

• Base pay range: $225,000.00 USD - $270,000.00 USD.

Working Conditions

• Frequent minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking is required for this role.
