Vice President, Cardiovascular Medicine

Remote leadership role focused on clinical operations, utilization management, and quality improvement for cardiology and vascular care within a value-based care platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee cardiovascular clinical programs, ensuring operational efficiency and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, clients, and executive stakeholders to optimize program delivery and outcomes.
• Partner with growth teams to deepen client relationships and incorporate clinical insights into strategic development.
• Manage clinical review teams to maintain consistent clinical decisions and compliance.
• Drive clinical innovation, manage organizational change, and support health equity initiatives.

Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification in cardiology or vascular surgery and an active, unrestricted medical license.
• 7+ years managing clinical teams.
• 5+ years of clinical practice experience.
• Experience in health plan operations or managed care is highly desirable.
