About the role
Our North Texas Division Office team is committed to partnership, innovation, legacy and improving more lives in more ways. As Vice President of Cardiovascular and Neurosciences, you will provide strategic leadership for HCA North Texas Division’s Cardiovascular and Neurosciences operations, including the implementation of business plans that support the continued growth and success of the Division. You will provide operational oversight to ensure the financial viability of initiatives, establish and lead a cohesive governance structure that supports the hospitals and physicians, and collaborate with key stakeholders, including department leaders within the service line at the hospital and clinic level. You will design, plan, and implement programs that balance the interests of the hospitals within the division. As a key leader, you will represent the HCA North Texas Division to both internal and external customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field required (e.g., Healthcare Administration)
- Master’s in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of healthcare management experience required
The ideal candidate should have experience building programs and navigating complex physician and market dynamics across multiple facilities, with a strong ability to cultivate relationships across service lines at both hospital and clinic levels.
