We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we must include a section only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes description about role, responsibilities, requirements, benefits, pay (salary range). No explicit schedule (maybe flexible schedules mentioned under benefits). There's no separate Qualifications or Skills sections distinct; but we can combine qualifications under Requirements? The instruction: Use headings for those section names if content exists. We have content for About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (list). Benefits (list). Pay (salary range). Schedule? There's mention of "Flexible schedules" under benefits, but not a separate schedule section. Could we create a Schedule heading with content "Flexible schedules"? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state flexible schedules as part of benefits. But schedule as separate? Might be better to include Schedule only if there is explicit schedule info like work hours, remote/hybrid, etc. There's "While a combination of virtual and in-office presence is expected, frequent travel will be required". That's about work arrangement, could be considered schedule? But not explicit schedule like "Monday-Friday 9-5". Safer to not create Schedule section unless explicit. So we will include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also Qualifications? The posting includes Requirements list which includes education, experience, etc. Could treat that as Qualifications. But we already have Requirements heading. The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid using both Requirements and Qualifications if content fits. But we should not create thin sections. The posting's requirements list includes education, experience, etc. Could be considered Qualifications. But we already have Requirements; maybe we can combine. Safer to use Requirements for the list, and maybe Skills for specific skills like CRM, interpersonal, etc. But the list includes skills. Could split but risk thin sections. Better to have Requirements covering experience, education, etc. And maybe Skills for specific abilities like CRM, interpersonal, communication, etc. However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we should keep sections substantive. Let's make: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (list combining experience, education, etc.), Benefits (list), Pay (salary range). No Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also remove navigation etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information. Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep details like "VP will oversee a team of Regional Business Development Directors and Managers", etc. Must keep responsibilities list as given. Must keep requirements list as given. Must keep benefits list as given. Must keep pay range. We need to format as HTML fragment: use

for each section heading, then content:

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to ensure we don't include any extra text outside HTML. Let's extract About the role: The initial paragraph(s) before "Responsibilities". The posting starts: "BKF is a multi-service infrastructure consulting firm ..." then goes on describing culture, etc., then "The Vice President of Business Development will lead strategic growth initiatives..." That's all about the role. We'll combine into a paragraph or multiple paragraphs? Use

for prose; could split into multiple

    but okay. We'll produce:

We need to split into list items. The original seems to have missing punctuation; we can separate by each sentence starting with a verb. We'll create
