About the role

The Vice President - Business Development will lead strategic initiatives to expand the company's market share through partnerships and collaborations. This role requires a deep understanding of industry trends and the ability to develop and execute business development plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development strategies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies
  • Prepare and present business development proposals to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and closing deals
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience with AI tools for resume analysis and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
