About the role

The Vice President Business Development is a senior growth leader responsible for accelerating EFI Global's market presence and revenue growth across the Eastern or Western United States. This role builds and leads a high-performing team of Regional Business Development Directors, drives disciplined sales execution, expands client relationships, and develops strategies to increase market share across key industries and client segments.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies, develops and maintains internal and external relationships/partnerships.
  • Provides leadership and direction for the business development team.
  • Maintains accountability for regional growth and revenue objectives.
  • Drives alignment with the company's sales strategy and organizational goals.
  • Establishes and monitors key performance indicators and business results.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners.
  • Facilitates the development of new partnerships and the company; facilitates and remains involved in the implementation process ensuring a smooth transition of new client programs.
  • Develops detailed knowledge of individual prospect operations targeting specific needs which may be opportunities for marketing company programs.
  • Sets up and manages the design of service programs ensuring client need fulfillment.
  • Develops and implements an annual sales and service plan including identification of potential client prospects, their needs, and the methodology of presenting company's ability to fulfill those needs.

Qualifications

  • Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Bachelor's degree with major in Business Administration, Finance or Risk Management preferred. Licenses as required. Possession of, or progress towards, CPCU and/or ARM designation required.
  • Experience: Ten (10) years of relationship building in the claims management or risk management area or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills; PC literate, including Microsoft Office products; Analytical and interpretive skills; Strong organizational skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Excellent negotiation skills; Ability to work in a team environment; Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
