Vice President, Branch Operations

T-Square Properties, an Associa company, seeks a Vice President of Branch Operations to lead one of their key branches. This role is a high-impact leadership position for a seasoned executive who excels at building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight of daily branch operations
• Drive performance against key goals, KPIs, and growth initiatives
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning, business development, and expansion opportunities
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal health
• Lead and develop high-performing management teams
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendor partners
• Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent relevant experience
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
• 7+ years managing teams and driving operational success
• Community association or related industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles (GAAP)
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and strategic thinking

Pay

$110,000 – $120,000 annually
