About the role
The Vice President, Biometrics will lead the biometric development efforts within the Clinical – Clinical Development division. This role will be responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and analysis of clinical trials involving biometric technologies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of clinical trial protocols for biometric technologies
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of clinical trials
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Lead the evaluation and selection of new biometric technologies for clinical testing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including regulatory bodies, clinical partners, and vendors
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to biometric technology development
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex clinical trials
- Experience with regulatory affairs and compliance in the biotechnology industry
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- BS/MS in a relevant field such as Biomedical Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, R)
- Knowledge of FDA guidelines and other regulatory requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
- Salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 annually
