About the Role
The Vice President, Media Analytics (VP) is a strategic leader responsible for driving client satisfaction and business growth within analytics. This individual will lead cross-agency collaboration and support media investment teams, ensuring effective client strategies and project execution. The role requires exceptional leadership, client relationship-building skills, and a passion for innovation in analytics and media. The VP will also mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen client relationships by serving as a key thought leader, aligning marketing strategy with a client’s broader business goals and objectives.
- Drive the use of data in decision-making throughout the organization, partnering with experts, vendors, and organizational leaders.
- Demonstrate expertise in responding to client media and enterprise-wide business needs, including performance analytics, strategic budgeting decisions, competitive assessments, and business-case analyses.
- Collaborate across functions, coordinating with general managers, Creatives, User Experience, Technology, Media Planning, and Project Management teams.
- Establish partnerships with emerging technology and data providers through an innovation initiative.
- Provide methodological support, coaching, training, and advice to Analytics staff across multiple client and internal assignments.
- Publish formal frameworks and methodologies for approaching major data and strategic issues, leveraging existing Collective intellectual capital and developing innovative concepts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of strategy and operations experience in Media Analytics, Management Consulting, Marketing, or Interactive Consulting.
- Expertise in the digital world across industries, including automotive, telecommunications, retail, CPG, and financial.
- A strong knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines.
- Proven leadership ability and strong, impactful client relationship experience.
- Stellar communication and presentation skills: engaging, straightforward, and able to translate unstructured business solutions into innovative customer marketing programs.

Pay
Compensation Range: USD $168,150.00 - USD $230,100.00/Annually. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
