Vice President, Agentic Systems

The Vice President, Agentic Systems role is seeking an experienced AI and data science executive with a strong background in machine learning, technical leadership, and building innovative systems. Key responsibilities include providing strategic and technical leadership for the development of next-generation AI agent systems, defining the long-term vision and roadmap for agent-based technologies, and driving research into new approaches for agentic planning, reasoning, and intelligent automation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in data science, computational research, machine learning, or related technical disciplines
• Proven experience leading high-impact technical teams and delivering advanced AI solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in developing AI agents, agentic systems, or intelligent automation platforms
• Experience managing objective-driven data science initiatives from concept through implementation
• Strong understanding of AI research methodologies, machine learning systems, and emerging technologies
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, security operations, or threat research environments is highly valued
• Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to engage engineers, researchers, executives, and business stakeholders
• Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environments
