About the Role

Join a major rebuilder of precision machine tool spindles in North America. We offer a variety of exciting opportunities and strive to recognize our associates for their hard work and dedication.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our senior vibration technician to test and analyze spindles, ensuring vibration levels are within tolerance and set up run-off for finished product
  • Analyze vibration data to determine fault frequencies of bearing systems
  • Perform field balancing as required
  • Occasionally travel to customer sites to perform on-site vibration analysis

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; electro-mechanical associate’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
  • Certified in vibration analysis. Two years of experience as a Vibration Technician preferred
  • Proficiency with Emerson (CSI) 2120/2130/2140 is preferred
  • Strong mechanical understanding of industrial equipment
  • Troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Effective communication skills (oral / written)
