Job Description This is a hands-on position involving both field application and day to day Agronomy operations. Employer utilizes Case application equipment with newer Raven monitors.Duties to include: Operating sprayer equipment for accurate and timely crop applications Spreading dry fertilizer Mixing and handling agricultural chemicals Operating semi truck as needed Performing routine maintenance on application equipment, trucks, and other vehicles Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and keeping equipment field-ready Working directly with agricultural customers and providing assistance as needed Supporting other Agronomy operations during busy periods Work Schedule Hours vary seasonally with the demands of crop production. Regular Season: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Busy Agronomy Season: Monday-Saturday, approximately 7:00 AM-7:00 PM Candidates should understand that longer hours are expected during planting and application seasons, with the schedule returning to more traditional hours during slower periods.
