Veterinary Technician Supervisor - Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills, and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs, and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Work with hospital leadership to organize technician and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback to leadership and work to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Applicants must possess unrestricted, current authorization to work in the U.S. and not require future sponsorship for an employment-based green card. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or sponsorship transfer.

Pay

$27 - 40 per hour. This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our leveling system.

Schedule

Day shift - Wednesday through Saturday.
