You will work alongside our Medical Director and Hospital Manager to provide mentorship, ensure the hospital runs efficiently, and foster a winning environment. Duties

• Implementing department policies and procedures.
• Scheduling staff and conducting team meetings.
• Accurately handling and recording controlled drugs.
• Interviewing, training and mentoring new and existing staff.
• Delivering employee performance feedback.
• Monitoring day-to-day activities and engaging with support staff.

Schedule

Full-time opportunity, 4 x 10-hour shifts with rotating Saturdays.

Pay

Pay range is $23 - 26/hr and negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials.
