Requirements
- 1-3 years Veterinary Technician experience.
- Associates in Veterinary Technology is a plus.
- CVT license is a plus.
- Knowledge of Anesthesia and monitoring.
- Phlebotomy knowledge.
- Knowledge of the procedures used for scheduling patients, receiving, treating, ordering medical supplies, and requesting laboratory tests.
- Knowledge of the use, care, and storage of veterinary instruments, materials, and equipment.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques to sterilize various instruments and materials.
- Knowledge of the instruments, materials, and standardized procedures used in the full variety of treatments to prepare and provide “tableside” assistance.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
Qualifications
- Confidence in all aspects of general practice, including anesthesia and anesthetic monitoring, drug calculations and protocols, dentistry, and surgery.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Pay
Compensation based on experience starting at $22.00-$26.00 an hour.
Schedule
This is a full-time position: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday - 9:45am-8pm Rotating Saturdays - 9:45am-4pm.
